Reservation, Cancellation, and Payment Information
All dates are subject to availability. Please provide an alternative date in case the primary date is not available. Once we receive your form, we will contact you to confirm your desired date or, if necessary, schedule your group for an alternative date.
We require a deposit of $100 to secure your reservation. We will send you a Square payment link via email once we receive your registration form. We prefer that our guests pay the remaining balance by check or cash on the day of their reservation. If you pay the remaining balance by credit card, a 3% transaction fee will be applied.
Cancellation three or less days prior to the trip, or not showing up as scheduled on the day of the trip, will cause participant(s) to be charged in FULL for the cost of the program. Groups of 3 or more will forfeit their deposit in the event of a cancellation less than 14 days prior to their scheduled trip. Rescheduling is at the discretion of Vertical Voyages.
Cancellations due to inclement weather will be determined by Vertical Voyages the day prior to the scheduled trip. If we must cancel, we will work to reschedule you at your convenience within a year. Otherwise, deposits are non-refundable unless Vertical Voyages cancels the trip.
