Warrior’s Way Training

Falling & Commitment (Outdoor)

This full-day outdoor clinic helps climbers manage fear and direct attention by using Warrior’s Way’s core framework: the 5 Intentional Processes—Falling, Resting, Thinking, Decision-Making, and Moving. Instruction is organized around the Stop/Move Cycle, a decision-making system that teaches climbers to pause, assess risk, and move with commitment.

Through practice drills and application on mock leads, climbers develop better risk awareness and learn to engage fear productively. The day includes an incremental falling progression and movement training using BEB (Breathing, Eyes, Body) techniques to help climbers commit in yes-fall terrain.
